  1. Cut all your ingredients into attractive pieces as shown on the photo
  2. Add a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add your onions, let it simmer for 30 seconds
  3. Add all the other cut veggies on to your pan
  4. Add the 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  5. Add our Favourite powered Chilli – available at the fresh market
  6. Cover and let cook for not more than 4 minutes. Until they look crunchy soft
  7. Ready to Serve Steamed veggies
