Ingredients

all-purpose flour, sifted

canola or vegetable oil

freshly squeezed orange juice

Grated oranges

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Grease your baking pan with Margarine and set aside
In a medium bowl whisk all the dry ingredients and Set aside.
In another Medium bowl Whisk all the wet ingredients including zest.
Add all the dry mixed ingredients to the whisked wet ingredients
whisk both mixed mixers on high speed until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes and Pour batter into prepared pan/pans.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool once it ready
