- 2 Coloured Hoho 100/=
- 2 Carrots 10/=
- 100 grams Purple cabbage 50/ - Use Several times
- 1 stem Leek Onion 25/=
- 1 Bulb White onion 10/=
- Handful French beans 100/= Use several times
- 1/2 Teaspoon Teaspoon of salt
- teaspoon Powder Chili
- Teaspoon Cooking oil

Instructions
- Cut all your ingredients into attractive pieces as shown on the photo
- Add a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add your onions, let it simmer for 30 seconds
- Add all the other cut veggies on to your pan
- Add the 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Add our Favourite powered Chilli - available at the fresh market
- Cover and let cook for not more than 4 minutes. Until they look crunchy soft
- Ready to Serve Steamed veggies
