Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted (350g)
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking powder
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3-4 Grated oranges Orange zest
- 1 Teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
- Grease your baking pan with Margarine and set aside
- In a medium bowl whisk all the dry ingredients and Set aside.
- In another Medium bowl Whisk all the wet ingredients including zest.
- Add all the dry mixed ingredients to the whisked wet ingredients
- whisk both mixed mixers on high speed until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes and Pour batter into prepared pan/pans.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool once it ready
